Weber Grilling Sauce


1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt


Combine lemon juice, water, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and yellow mustard at first. Blend to mix together, and bring to a light boil. Decrease heat and add cornstarch mixture, lemon pepper seasoning and salt, blend constantly for 2 minutes over medium heat until thick.

Touch lightly onto meat before lay on weber grill. Brush the meat up side when you turn the meat. Before finished grilling you need to turn the meat once more and brush uncovered side again.
