Grilled Chicken


2 chicken, halved
10 oz bottle teriyaki sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp lemon zest


1. Wash chicken and place in a large plastic bag. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Marinate for 8 hours.

2. Then, heat one side of gas grill to medium. Place chicken on the grill over the unlit burners (off the heat so they will cook indirectly). Cover and grill.

3. Turn chicken every 15 minutes for one hour.
