Weber Rotisserie Recipes


1 large roasting chicken
1 medium onion, quartered
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup dark soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon


At first, clean and wash the Whole chicken, then make the chicken dry. Next, Season the chicken's inside with 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt and stuff with quartered onion, 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 lemon. Brush skin with 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil and 1/4 cup dark soy sauce.

The next things you need to do, Place the chicken on rotisserie skewer. Then Place the skewer on a rotisserie mounting on a preheated grill. Grill over a medium high, indirect heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done. Finally, Juices will run clear. The internal temperature needs to be 165°F. Rest the chicken for 20 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
