Grilled Quesadillas


For each quesadilla:

2 tortillas
1/4 c. sliced olives
1/4 c. chopped chicken, beef etc.
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Little amount chopped dry onion and green peppers
spicy tomato sauce


Mix all ingredients to make more than one. Chop and mix filling ingredients together. Preheat electric grill. Butter one side of each tortilla.

When weber grill is hot, put each tortilla on the grill machine, buttered side down. Spread filling over the tortilla and cover with the other pre-greased tortilla buttered side up. Lower the lid of the grill and cook until tortillas have browned and cheese has melted. About 5 minutes. Finally serve with tomato sauce!

Masala Wala Grilled Chicken


1 1/2 lb chicken breast
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp. uncover & chopped ginger
2 smashed garlic cloves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. ground coriander seeds
1 tsp. chile powder
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
ground pepper


Wash and clean the whole chicken. Then take moisture out of chicken with paper towels. Cut the chicken into 4 pieces. Thread the chicken onto a short skewers. Place the chicken into a flat dish. Combine all the ingredients in a large dish gently. Then pour the mixture over skewered chicken completely. You should refrigerate this marinate chicken for 4-5 hours. Ready and heat the Weber grill. Set skewered chicken on the grill rack. Then you need to cook 6-8 minutes. Turn the chicken for complete cook. The grilled chicken is ready for serve!
