Weber Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp
olive oil
paprika
garlic salt
Old Bay Seasoning
1 lime


Method:

Sprinkle plenty of oil over the shrimp to cover. Spread three ingredients for the flaver, such as- garlic salt, paprika and Old Bay Seasoning. Use 1/2 tsp. of each ingredient for 1 lb. of shrimp. Settle on wooden skewers which have been washed in water for 1 hour.

Lay on weber grill. Then cook the shrimp until it's tails turn white. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more. This is depending on shrimp size. Gently pour lime over the cooked shrimp and serve as an appetizer or combine to corn tortillas for shrimp tacos.


BBQ Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:


2 tablespoon Gulden's mustard
2 tablespoon apple vinegar
1 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. sliced green onions
6 chicken breasts
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoon brown sugar


Method:


Wash and dry chicken breasts. Mix all ingredients. Then marinate chicken in fridge for 6-7 hrs. Grill at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, turning usually in addition to basting having marinade.
